Mr. Ace Viboolcharern, Public Debt Advisor, presided over the opening ceremony of the seminar on enhancing understanding of state-owned enterprises and agencies under state supervision towards on-lending loan from Ministry of Finance. He also participated in a forum on “Preparation for On-Lending Loan” with executives from PDMO, National Housing Authority, and Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand.
