เมื่อวันที่ 10 สิงหาคม 2561 นายภูมิศักดิ์ อรัญญาเกษมสุข ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานบริหารหนี้สาธารณะ เป็นประธานพิธีเปิดโครงการเสริมสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับศูนย์ข้อมูลที่ปรึกษา สำนักงานบริหารหนี้สาธารณะ กระทรวงการคลัง ตามกฎกระทรวงกำหนดหลักเกณฑ์  วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขการขึ้นทะเบียนที่ปรึกษา พ.ศ. 2560 ณ โรงแรมฮอลิเดย์ อินน์ สุขุมวิท กรุงเทพ เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้ความเข้าใจให้แก่ที่ปรึกษาอิสระและที่ปรึกษานิติบุคคล จำนวนประมาณ 190 คน เกี่ยวกับกฎหมายและขั้นตอนการขึ้นทะเบียนที่ปรึกษา การเพิ่มเติมผลงานที่ปรึกษา การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลที่ปรึกษา และการรายงานสถานะที่ปรึกษาเมื่อครบกำหนด 3 ปี ตามกฎกระทรวงฯ และประกาศสำนักงานบริหารหนี้สาธารณะเรื่อง การกำหนจรรยาบรรณที่ปรึกษา วิธีการ รวมทั้งการใช้งานระบบเว็บไซต์ และ Mobile Application ของศูนย์ข้อมูลที่ปรึกษา และหนังสือรับรองการขึ้นทะเบียนที่ปรึกษาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e–Certificate)

On 10 August 2018, Mr. Poomsak Aranyakasemsuk, Director-General of Public Debt Management Office (PDMO), presided over the Understanding on Ministerial Regulation Determining Rules, Procedures and Conditions on the Registration of Consultant, B.E. 2560 (2017) Project. The seminar was held at Holiday Inn Bangkok Sukhumvit in order to enhance the understanding of the freelance consultant and the juristic person consultant related to the rules and the procedures of the registration, the change and the addition of the consultant information as well as the report of the consultant status. Moreover, the seminar is included the use of the consultant database center website, the mobile application and the issuance of e-Certificate.
